Taking part in weekly classes and private sessions with Heather intensively for 1.5 years meant that I was able to focus on building a solid technical foundation. During this training, I saw a great improvement in my overall stamina, control, and strength as a dancer through Lester Horton's unique and challenging technique; which I was yet to discover within my dance practise.
