It was such a pleasure working with Heather on a Lester Horton Technique ‘class as performance’ in the gallery; from the outset she was so open to bringing an unconventional performance into an unconventional space, thinking creatively about what would work. She was clear about her dancers’ needs but flexible to the limitations of exhibition space. The resulting event was more than I had hoped – generous, joyful, immersive, and enlightening!
